Never order from gymsets ukAbsolutely terrible service – avoid at all costs I placed my order with Gym Sets UK on 1st January, worth £600. To date, I have only received around £70 worth of items. The rest of the order has not arrived. I have emailed and called multiple times. Most calls go unanswered, and only a few of my emails have received replies — often weeks later, and usually with excuses rather than solutions. The last email I received stated that I would receive a tracking number by 11th February. I have still not received any tracking information, and at this point, I have very little confidence that I ever will. A representative named Fabio contacted me last month apologising and assuring me that my order would be delivered. However, after responding to him and attempting to call him more than 10 times, I have not received a single reply or returned call. I have ordered from other companies without any issues. Gym Sets UK is by far the worst company I have dealt with. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.
